The domainSince 1604 The history of Bienvenu cellars.

For more than 400 years the Bienvenu family have produced wine from their vineyards in Irancy, passing the business from father to son.  Following Leon then Serge, now Baptiste manages the business.  By combining new techniques with the experience of the past, he strives to express in his wines the maximum qualities of the local area.
The vineyards, covering an area of 25 hectares produce the following appellations:  IRANCY, IRANCY Les Mazelots, IRANCY Palotte, IRANCY Veaupessiot, IRANCY Veauchassy and IRANCY Le Paradis.

Even though the domain produces mainly red wines, Burgundy rosé and Aligoté wines now complete the range of fresh and fruity wines offered.

In 2018 the little sister of Caves Bienvenu was born: the limited company Baptiste Bienvenu.  Its creation has allowed Baptiste to expand the already extensive range of wines he offers with other appellations including Chablis, Chablis Premier Cru Beauroy and Burgundy Crémant.  Baptiste has demonstrated that he can apply his expertise equally to the production of red and white wines.

Since 2020 the company Baptiste Bienvenu supports the marketing of all the wines of the domain and has launched several projects including its own internet site.
