Our Irancy "Paradis" is a red wine made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes.
Below its carmine color with purple reflections, the "Paradis" will reveal its notes of red fruits such as cherry and raspberry. The present tannins give it a nice power in the mouth with a nice length. You can accompany it with game terrine, charcuterie but also with dishes in sauce.
