Saint-Amour is a Beaujolais wine, fine and balanced, it retains all the fruit of the Gamay grape variety. Aromas of peach and apricot can be very marked, especially in its first year of existence. After two or three years of cellaring, they become spicier.
This 100% Gamay red wine will go perfectly with game birds as well as red meat.

Serve between 16 and 18°C. Keep for up to 5 years.
