2021 Bourgogne aligoté

White wine made from 100% Aligoté grapes, our Bourgogne Aligoté is harvested mechanically.  The grapes are sorted and pressed directly.  The slow fermentation process lasts 3 weeks and is carried out at low temperature in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats.

2020 Chablis

This wine goes well with oysters, scallops, snails or Chablis andouillette.
Serve between 10 and 12°C.  This wine can be enjoyed now or will keep for 3 to 5 years.

2020 Chablis 1er Cru Vaucoupin

Vin blanc 100% chardonnay, le Chablis 1er Cru Vaucoupin 2020 est un vin vivant et gourmand. Son nez frais et fruité et ses notes exotiques en font un vin généreux.   Il vous séduira par sa couleur jaune doré et lumineux et sera apprécié avec un apéritif, comme avec du poisson, des fruits de mer ou un plateau de fromage.

Élevage en cuve pendant 12 mois.

White wine made from 100% Chardonnay grapes, our Chablis Premier Cru Beauroy is harvested mechanically.  The grapes are sorted and pressed directly.  The slow fermentation process lasts 3 weeks and is carried out at low temperature in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats.  Malolactic fermentation and aging is then carried out in barrels for 1 year.

 

Our Chablis Premier Cru Beauroy 2018 will seduce you with its brilliant golden colour.  It is lightly wooded on the nose with an ample, round taste.  This elegant, well balanced wine can be enjoyed either as an aperitif or with warm oysters, foie gras or poultry in sauce.
Serve between 12 and 13°C.  This wine is ready for drinking now or will keep for 3 to 10 years.

2020 Chablis Grand Cru "Les Clos" 2020

The vines of Chablis Grand Cru were planted before 1267, which gives it its flawless power and vertiginous elegance. Sometimes shy, in the early years he needs time (at least 3 years) to fully reveal hitself. It will still amaze with its freshness even after years of guarding.

Les clos will surprise you with its roundness, delicacy and notes of white fruit.

Alcohol degree: 13%

2021 Bourgogne rosé

The grapes are destemmed and sorted during the harvest. This wine comes from a cold fermentation in thermo-regulated stainless steel tanks. Its ageing is done in vats only. 

Rosé 2021 is a dry and fruity wine. It will seduce you with its beautiful pale pink color and its notes of peach and lychee. It will go perfectly with your starters, grills or exotic dishes. And what could be better than a glass of rosé as an aperitif!

Serve between 10 and 13°C.  Drink now or keep from 1 to 3 years.

Red wine made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes, our Irancy is harvested mechanically.  The grapes are removed and sorted.  Fermentation is carried out in various stages: a cold fermentation for 5 days followed by an alcoholic fermentation for 10-15 days in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats.  The wine matures for 12 months, in oak barrels.  

Our Irancy 2018 is a ruby red colour, brilliant and intense.  The nose is a subtle mixture of red and black fruits.  It has a fresh and lively fruity taste, revealing round and silky tannins.  This wine goes perfectly with grilled pork ribs, white meat, a plate of cooked meats or a slice of parsley ham in jelly.
Serve between 15 and 17°C.  This wine is ready for drinking now or will keep for 3 to 7 years.

2019 Irancy Magnum

Red wine made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes, our Irancy is harvested mechanically.  The grapes are removed and sorted.  Fermentation is carried out in various stages: a cold fermentation for 5 days followed by an alcoholic fermentation for 10-15 days in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats.  The wine matures for 12 months, 50% in barrels and 50% in vats.

You will be charmed by the brilliant ruby colour of our 2019 Irancy Veauchassy.  The aroma of undergrowth and ripe sour cherry will transport you to the cherry orchards of Irancy.  In the mouth the taste, already very pleasant, offers a long lingering finish.
This wine goes marvellously with duck breast, game or a plate of local cheeses.

2020 Irancy Veaupessiot "Cuvée Charles le Chauve"

This is a numbered edition and is limited to a maximum of 6 bottles per customer.
Just released for sale after maturing for 24 months in oak barrels, this Irancy of character will surprise you with its dark garnet colour and will enchant you with its nose full of dark fruits such as blackcurrant and blackberry.

 

Made from 90% Pinot Noir and 10% César grapes, this Veaupessiot impresses with its balance between tannins notably present and its refined taste.  This is a prestigious wine to be stored carefully and opened only on the most special occasions!

2020 Irancy Paradis

Numbered edition and limited to 6 bottles maximum per person, only 1,100 bottles available.

Barely out of its 36 months of aging in oak barrels, under its carmine color with purple reflections, our Irancy Paradis will reveal its notes of red fruits such as cherry, raspberry. The tannins present offer it a beautiful power in the mouth with a beautiful length. You can accompany it with game terrine, cold cuts but also with dishes in sauce.

Crémant de Bourgogne

This sparkling wine, 100% Chardonnay, is made using the traditional method.
Our Crémant de Bourgogne Baptiste Bienvenu will seduce you with its pale golden colour with green reflections.  Its nose reveals the delicious fragrances of white flowers, citrus fruits, green apple and pear.  In the mouth, you will discover its sharp but soft taste and its fine stream of bubbles.

This wine will be pleasant as an aperitif, with the dessert or all through the meal.
Serve between 6 and 9°C. with a meal and slightly cooler, between 4 and 8°C. as an aperitif or with the dessert.  This wine is ready for drinking now or will keep for 1 to 2 years.

2018 Ratafia

Since the beginning of wine production, Burgundy wine has become a known worldwide standard  of taste and pleasure!  In addition to these famous and adored wines, our region has several other secret and voluptuous treasures.
 

Made to a unique family recipe, our Ratafia Baptiste Bienvenu is served in a wax-sealed bottle and contains 18% alcohol.  The blend of Pinot Noir and Gamay grapes make it an exceptional drink.  The Ratafia matures for 24 months in oak barrels before being bottled.  Made from the Marc de Bourgogne and grape juice, this cherry red coloured Ratafia will gradually express aromas of dried fruit, gingerbread and walnuts.
It should be served cool, as an aperitif or as a dessert accompanied by a nice chocolate mousse!
 

2019 Saint Amour

Saint-Amour is a Beaujolais wine, fine and balanced, it preserves all the fruit of the Gamay grape variety.  Aromas of peach and apricot can be very marked, especially in its first year of existence. From two or three years of ageing, they become more spicy. 

This red wine will go perfectly with feathered game as well as red meat.

Degree of alccol: 12.5%

Serve between 16 and 18°C.  Keep for up to 5 years.
